Congratulations!!!!
I’m here to congratulate you on all of your small successes, and you should congratulate yourself as well.
This article is about how I graduated from a fantastic institution that helped me develop my mind both physically and spiritually. But before I tell you about my school, whose name you will soon learn, let me tell you about how I was able to get there, in other words, the stories behind my congratulations.
After doing a pre-degree course for a year, then jamb by God’s grace which I passed, I was offered Crop Environmental Protection(CEP) at Lautech, come on guys I applied for Medicine (lols), what am I going to do with CEP. So before accepting the offer to join the CEP gangs. I went for a POST-UTME exam at another school which is a medical school. I passed again, see I don’t know the book, but God was and He is still there for me. I was offered Bio-chemistry ha, I think medicine is not my calling. I joined my gangs at the faculty of Agricultural Science.
Just my first year as a freshman, we started our trip together, wrote tests together, and went on an endless break. It was not amusing to be stuck at home for several months. There was no school or place to go other than my fashion school at the time.
It was exhausting for me to go to fashion school. I’m sure my boss was fed up with me because I was just going there for the sake of going there rather than staying at home. I’m sure most of us can relate to my feelings. My younger siblings were in school at the time, which added to the irony. Staying at home was no laughing matter, and I had to weep to God. Later that day, I received a text message from a long-time friend saying, “God is not dead,” and I left everything to God to do his work, which he did.
This faithful day I saw my dad’s message saying will you like to go to another school which is my congratulatory school, Bowen University, I was like yes sir. I’m making use of this opportunity to pray for all of our fathers and moms, that the Lord be with them all, and for those who have lost one or both of them, that God will make a way and be their support.
My admission procedure began, but there was no longer any medicine or nursing admission. No problem any course will do(lols). So I joined the CIT department(Computer Science And Information Technology). They already resumed then for a new session past a month and it was the week for tests. I told God help me, I don’t know how you want to do it please just do it because I know I can’t do it or cope without him and he did it.
My first semester results came out and I was like God this can only be you. If you want to know what the result was you can message me(hints: Out of 5.0 I got ……..).
After four years, I finished with a high CGPA, thanks to God, my family, and friends, as well as myself for not giving up on myself. At the end of my third year, I felt like I couldn’t handle it any longer. I was questioning whether or not this department and course were for me or against me, but a song kept me going “There is nothing he can not do and there is no mountain he can not move. What he says he will do he gonna do it “. Here is why you should constantly congratulate yourself: “Life is short for no reason, so there’s no excuse not to celebrate yourself because you deserve it.”
With God on your side, there is nothing you can’t do or achieve. The only thing standing in the way of advancement in life are the English words “you, yourself, me, and I”.
